Shipping and delivery time
Once the payment has been confirmed, we will proceed the order within 1-2 working days excluding weekends and public holidays. Peak season like Raya, CNY, Deepavali might take about 3-4 working days to process. We will update you the tracking number once the parcel is packed. The time to destination is depended on the logistic and it is about 3-4 working days.

I received a tracking number but no record at courier website
Sometimes we update the tracking once your order has been packed but the parcel is not yet shipped. It might still at the warehouse waiting to be picked up.
Also during peak seasons, the courier might have some delay updating the tracking system, if your tracking is not posted after 2 working days, please contact us.

Can I cancel an order that is processed?
No. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel a processed order. However, an order that is unpaid or under a pending status can be cancelled. Please contact us to request cancellation.
An unpaid order over 7 days will be automatically cancelled. |
