Return & Refund Policy

Items sold are non-exchange, return and refundable, unless otherwise stated below. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. We also do not accept returns for reasons of colour deviation from computer display view, minor dirt and minor thread of, quality, thickness, size (measurement), and etc.

All goods sold are not refundable.

Returns

We offer RETURN POLICY for wrong item received and manufacturing defects. Item will be replaced with the same pattern, colour and size unless the stock is insufficient. Kindly contact us immediately for wrong or defective items. You will be given [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

You will not have to pay for the shipping costs for returning the wrong/defective item and receiving the correct item as we will bear with the postage fee.
